This is a sample of our Client Benefits Package which we send out to all of our new clients so they are aware of the many benefits that is included with our service. We try to send out new packages every year as new benefits are made available, however, it's a good idea to check it out every now and then so you are informed of all the benefits you're currently entitled to.

This new benefit has just been added specifically for clients who clean once a year. You're now entitled to receive 100 feet of free cleaning each year. This added benefit will be available to you in addition to any current specials being advertised in the monthly newsletter. To claim this benefit, simply have us perform services during your anniversary month each year.

As you know, the carpet manufacturers require yearly cleaning in order to keep the warranty in effect. In addition, the EPA also recommends cleaning at least once a year in order to maintain a healthy indoor living environment.

Benefit #3: Carpet Warranty And Claim Assistance

This benefit will be extremely valuable to those of you who own warranted carpet. As you know, the carpet manufacturer requires you keep all receipts for proof of regularly scheduled yearly maintenance. If you ever have to file a warranty claim, you'll be required to provide these documents to the manufacturer.

Benefit #5: Free Specialty Spotter With Each Cleaning Service

Each time we provide services you'll get a new bottle of carpet spotter from the technician. Many over the counter spotters sold in the grocery store will do damage by leaving residue in your carpet. Our specialty spotter will not leave any residues and is safe for children and pets.
